This year, we’re celebrating the 25th year of our Turtle Krawl 5K! In addition, it’s the kickoff race of the Space Coast Runners’ Runner of the Year (ROY) Series. Whether you run, walk, or race virtually, you’ll be supporting our mission to rescue injured sea turtles, educate the public, and protect nesting beaches. All of the proceeds from the race go towards funding our programs, activities, and sea turtle conservation efforts. See our race amenities below.
Race Amenities:
- Beautiful sublimated original t-shirts.
- Sea turtle medals for age group winners three places deep.
- Finisher medals presented at the finish line on race day.
- Free Kid’s Fun Dash with prizes for all participants.
- Free refreshments after the race.

Volunteer Signup Opens in July
Volunteers are the heart of our Turtle Krawl 5K. It takes more than 100 volunteers to complete all the pre-race, race-day, and post-race tasks. Remember, you don’t have to be an existing STPS volunteer to help out with the race. Also, we welcome student volunteers looking for community service hours.
