Nesting numbers adding up
Our STPS nesting survey teams continue to be on the beach each day as the sun rises. More loggerhead sea turtle nests and false crawls are being seen by the volunteers. To date, the totals recorded on our section of beach are two leatherback nests and 49 loggerhead nests. We will continue to update the count as the season progresses.
