The Sea Turtle Preservation Society (STPS) is the longest functioning sea turtle conservation organization in Brevard County, Florida. STPS is committed to our mission of helping sea turtles survive through our many programs and events. Completely fueled by volunteers, members, and generous donations, STPS volunteers are engaged in stranding and salvage, nesting surveys, turtle walks, sea turtle emergency response, transport, education, and beach clean up programs. STPS educates thousands of community members annually through events, classes, and training sessions. The Turtle Krawl 5k is the largest fundraiser, so be sure to register to walk/run or volunteer to support sea turtles in Brevard County!
You are invited to come by our Turtle House to visit our education center to learn more about the different species of sea turtles and see interesting artifacts. Learn more about sea turtle conservation and how you can help, and pick up a gift from our store. Purchases from our gift shop fund our sea turtle programs and organizational needs.
