Coastal Cleanup more than 35 years ago.

International Coastal Cleanup (ICC) – September 19, 2026

Since the mid-1980s, the Ocean Conservancy has partnered with volunteer organizations and individuals all over the world to hold ICC events annually to remove trash and debris from beaches and waterways. This year, they’ve partnered with Keep Brevard Beautiful to host several cleanups all over Brevard County this Saturday. Just choose the best one for you. See locations and times below.

Sea Turtle Preservation Society (STPS) ICC Events

Cherie Down Park: 8330 Ridgewood Avenue, Cape Canaveral, FL

Val M. Steele Park:  3535 Florida A1A, Melbourne Beach, FL

Join STPS volunteers at Cherie Down Park or Val M. Steele Park for this ICC event. This is in addition to our regular monthly STPS Beach Cleanups. No registration required. Gloves, bags, pick-up tools available. When you return from the beach, please sign out in the Cleanup Log Book.
